Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and customer-friendly while ensuring smooth order processing.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
 You can request to cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

 Please mention your Order Number in your cancellation request.

If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, it will be cancelled, and a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 1–2 business days.

Note: Cancellation requests made via Instagram, Facebook, or any unofficial channel will not be considered valid.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
 Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
 If you still wish to cancel after dispatch, please accept the delivery and initiate a return request in accordance with our [Return & Refund Policy].

3. COD Order Cancellation

  • COD orders may require confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

  • Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled after a few hours.

  • Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in COD being disabled for your future purchases.

4. Prepaid Order Refunds
 If your prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, credit/debit card, etc.).
 Refunds usually reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

5. Seller Cancellations
 We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • The product is out of stock or discontinued

  • Invalid address or incomplete contact information is provided

  • The order is flagged as suspicious or high-risk by our payment gateway or fraud detection system

In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund (if already paid) will be issued.
