1. How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your product, add it to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay using Card, UPI, Netbanking, or Cash on Delivery (COD).
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 are charged a nominal shipping fee of ₹49. Delivery is Pan-India.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. After shipment, cancellation is not possible — you may return the product after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.
5. What is your return/exchange policy?
You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery. An unboxing video is required for approval. Returns/exchanges are only accepted for wrong, defective, or damaged products.
6. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment in real-time on the courier partner’s website.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Netbanking, and COD (for select pin codes).
8. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video. Without the video, we cannot process replacements or refunds.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. For bulk or export inquiries, please contact us directly.
